Requirements:
- Advanced studies in Industrial Psychology, Human Resources Management or a related degree.
- 2 years of experience in operational recruitment and selection.
- Handling psychometric tests and skills.
- Management of job boards and social media platforms.
- Availability to work in Palín, Escuintla.
